If your practice has more than one location, it's important to add each location individually so you can properly manage vision plan login credentials.
🏢 Add Multiple Locations
➕ Add a Location
- Click into the
Locationentry field.
- Type the name of your location.
- Click the
+button on the left of the field to add it.
- Click the dropdown
▼on the right to see the most recently added location.
➕ Add Additional Locations
- Click into the
Locationfield again.
- Press
Backspaceor click theXto clear the current entry.
- Type the next location’s name and click the
+again.
- Repeat this process for each location.
❓ Why This Is Important
Most vision plans require location-specific credentials:
Eyefinity— requires separate logins for each location.
EyeMed,Versant, etc— typically allow one login for all locations.
Adding all your locations in SpexFetch ensures you’re tracking which login credentials belong to which office — critical for pulling accurate authorizations.
