- Start by clicking on your
location.
- This is especially important if your practice has multiple locations, as different sites may use different login credentials.
🔑 Step 2: Enter Your Credentials
- For each accepted vision plan (e.g.,
VSP,Eyemed,Spectera), enter the correspondingusernameandpassword.
- These credentials are used by SpexFetch to log in and perform search queries on your behalf.
If you update your credentials on a vision plan's website, you must also update them in SpexFetch—or search queries will fail.
🚫 Invalid Credentials Warning
If a login attempt fails, SpexFetch will notify you that it
cannot log in. This usually means the username or password is incorrect or outdated.🛡️ Admin-Only Access
Only users with
Admin permissions in SpexFetch can edit usernames and passwords.This security measure prevents accidental changes that could disrupt the verification process.
