SpexFetch says it cannot log in to the vision plan. What should I do?

Add a short description of what it’s about.

Try logging into the vision plan’s website using your browser as you normally would.
If you can log in successfully, confirm that the exact same credentials are entered in SpexFetch.
In almost all cases, login failures are due to incorrect or outdated credentials.
