I can find a patient on the vision plan's website, but not in SpexFetch. Why?

Add a short description of what it’s about.

This can happen because many states have highly specific vision plans. If our app hasn't encountered a particular plan before, it may not yet be programmed to fetch it correctly.
If this happens, please email [email protected] with the patient’s:
  • First, last, DOB, ID
  • Any other identifying details
Or, use the Chat button in the bottom-right corner of the app to reach us directly. Reporting these cases helps us expand our coverage and improve SpexFetch for everyone.
