When You Need to Rerun Data
Sometimes you may need to reprocess patients through SpexFetch's integration with RevolutionEHR. This happens when:
- You want to check patients again with updated information
- You need to reverify patients who were previously processed
- You want to rerun the verification process for specific patients
Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1: Set Your Search Criteria
Before you can rerun any data, you need to define what you're looking for:
- Select Location(s) - Choose which practice locations to include
- Select Doctor(s) - Choose which providers to include
- Set Appointment Date Range - Define the timeframe for appointments

Step 2: Find Patients to Rerun
Look for patients that show one of these statuses:
Valid- Patients that were successfully processed
Invalid- Patients that were processed but failed verification
After you have made your selection, click search to load patient list

Step 3: Reset Patient Status
For each patient you want to rerun:
- Click on the patient
Click anywhere on the patient line, but DO NOT click patient name as it directs you to their profile instead.

- Change their status to
Not Verified

This clears their previous result and prepares them for reprocessing
Step 4: Run SpexFetch Again
Once you've reset the patients:
- SpexFetch will now include these patients in the next processing cycle
