Step 1: Enter Patient Info
Type in the patient’s:
- Member ID or
- Full Name + Date of Birth
Click
Start.Step 2: Browser Launch
A Chrome window will pop up automatically.
- SpexFetch is controlling the browser automatically
- It will navigate to the EyeSynergy website for March Vision.
Step 3: Login
Sign in with your usual credentials.
Select your two-factor authentication method.
You’ll usually only need to do this once per day.
Step 4: Automatic Close
Once login is complete, the Chrome window will close automatically.
- Your patient benefits search will continue running in the background.
Step 5: Future Searches
For your next March Vision search, you will not need to log in again — SpexFetch handles it for you.
After some time (hours or days), the system may require login again.
- When that happens, a Chrome window will pop up.
- Sign in again, and you’re all set.
