Where are PDFs of vision benefits stored in Revolution?

When you run a verification in SpexFetch, the resulting vision benefits PDFs are placed into two convenient locations inside Revolution.

🗂️ Option 1: Patient Documents

  • Go to the patient’s Documents section
  • Open the folder: SpexFetch VCP Benefits
  • The PDF will be properly labeled with the vision plan details
  • For VSP, this includes both the authorization and the lens enhancement sheet

🏥 Option 2: Patient Insurance Module

  • Open the patient’s Insurance module in Revolution
  • Select the correct Vision Plan (e.g., VSP, EyeMed)
  • Look inside the Policy Documents & Images box
  • The benefits PDF will appear there as we
