
Step 1: Access the Integrations Section
Navigate to the
Admin panel, then click on Integrations in the table. Select the Recall \ Scheduling \ Statements tab at the top of the page.Step 2: Locate Third Party Company Table
Look for the Third Party Company table. SpexBot should be listed here.
If SpexBot is not visible, click the
Update Third Party Logins button (indicated by the green rectangle in the image above) to refresh the list.Step 3: Configure Access Permissions
Once SpexBot appears in the list, enable both read access and write access:
- Write access allows SpexBot to add vision benefits PDFs to the patient's files section
- Read access allows SpexBot to read your doctor schedule in real-time and fetch current patient data to run vision benefits
Step 4: Save Your Changes
Exit the Admin section by navigating to any other tab (such as Patients). Your changes will be saved automatically and take effect immediately.
